As a reputable jewellery store in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, we offer both new and second-hand jewellery as well as watches, clocks, and accessories. Established in 1981, we have become the best-known independent jewellers in the local area, having built up our reputation on great value and excellent service. Situated in the main high street in our beautiful, ancient market town, we offer a fine range of diamond and other gem-set rings, necklaces, and bracelets, and even jewellery repairs.

We have an exchange only policy in-store – this means if you are unhappy with the item you purchase from any of our stores, we will only exchange for an item of similar price. If there are faults/defects with the item purchased, we ask that you come in to the store within 14 days of purchase to speak to us about the problem. We will hopefully be able to resolve the matter for you.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange any body jewellery such as earrings, unless they are faulty. Items made to your size or specification, or special orders do not apply to the exchange or refund guarantee unless they are faulty. If for any reason you have cause to complain, the proprietor or manager will do their best to resolve things. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, service, or repair.
