Delivery Information:
Orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2:30pm, for normal delivery times please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.
Special Delivery:
• All orders that total over £125 are automatically sent Special delivery FREE of charge.
Special delivery is guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm; however this can be subject to unpredictable delays, depending on royal mail. If your order is dispatched on a Friday it isn’t guaranteed for Saturday delivery. Please note the delivery estimates are standard working days excluding bank holidays.
Standard Delivery:
• If your order is over £50 the delivery is FREE and can take 2-5 working days. This can be subject to unpredictable delays out of our control – if you are in a rush we would suggest Special Delivery (extra cost of £7.25 per parcel) – the option is provided on the shopping cart page.
• If your order is under £50 the delivery charge will be £4.50 – subject to the same delivery estimates as above.
Remember, if you place your order after 2:30pm, it will not be dispatched until the next working day.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within a week, you must allow 21 days before we can send a replacement if the item is lost in the post. This is because we have to wait for 15 working days before we can chase up missing items with Royal Mail. In exceptional circumstances we may send out a replacement at our discretion but would require the original item to be returned to us if it arrives after a replacement has been sent.
